West High School’s choir is getting ready to sing and play their hearts out for the school. How they perform is determined by the brand new choir director.
The choir's new choral director Ethan Hogan is now leading the sounds of the students' voices. Hogan has been teaching for 13 years before getting this position. He loves choral arts, Hogan performed with talented people and is so privileged to perform with them. Hogan loves teaching it even more. He has been involved with choral performance since he was a freshman in high school and has been singing ever since. This year will be Hogan’s 14th year as a choir director. Hogan was born and raised in Cocke County. He has lived in Tennessee for all of his life but has been to different cities. Hogan will always take pride in his work, but there are challenging times in his work like any other job. Hogan loves this job but is a little different to his previous school district in which he spent the majority of his tenure. Hogan feels blessed and grateful to get this job and enjoys it.
