The Federal Aviation Administration or the FAA is choosing young gamers for Air Traffic Control. So why are they doing this, and is it safe now? This information came from off of THE HILL, and several sources from Youtube.
Why is the FAA choosing young gamers? Well it depends on the type of game, for example Fortnite. The reason is that these types of gamers have to have fast reflexes and really speedy reaction time. Also these gamers have to have good call outs.
Should we be scared? No, because these people are also being trained for tough moments. In Fortnite a circle closes in and pushes players in and forces them to fight, or 1v1. This can bring high tense moments.
In conclusion the FAA is choosing young gamers to help with air traffic control and we should not be scared because they have been trained for this job and they are certified. Also there are several people and if one decides to mess up one can take the wheel.
