Dungeons & Dragons Crazy; The Explanation Of Dungeons & Dragons And It's Club

Here at West, many are provided opportunities for extracurricular activities, like their famous sports teams, or maybe someone could even be taking an extra class for dual enrollment, or one of the more popular options, clubs where people are tested and rewarded for their involvement, creativity, and ingenuity. No club better exemplifies this better than the Dungeons & Dragons club also known as Trojan Tribe. Trojan Tribe’s long term existence is unknown; however, what is known is that it is overshadowed by all the other clubs, being a lesser known club than things at West like, the Art Club, FBLA, FCA, Robotics Club, Code Force, and R.A.O.K. 

These more “interesting” clubs make Trojan Tribe look insignificant compared to them; however, some would say that Trojan Tribe is, “An underrated gem”. And those people would be right; because, out of the three most important factors stated about clubs in the beginning, Trojan Tribe truly exemplifies all three. 

Firstly, the involvement that is found in Trojan Tribe is through roleplaying as a character, which means pretending to be a different person that is created by a player, secondly, creativity is found from either that character being made or creating the game and story for everyone else who is playing(A.K.A. a Dungeon Master or DM for short), and thirdly, ingenuity is found when players are trying to get out of situations or trying to get something, or are generally trying to be smart about how they play.

The Club Working On Their Characters

More of this can be found in the club and other stuff, like making new friends. If someone would like to join, all they would have to do is go to the club sponsor and ask them if they can join. In this case the club’s sponsor is one of West High’s very own Case Managers, Dr. Klutinis. Which means if someone would want to ask anyone, it would be her. People would also be happy to know that they're in good hands with this year’s Dungeon Master, Greyson Burrell. It can be positively expected that he will bring a good story to the players this year.

If you want a fun time and like to use your creativity or your imagination, then Trojan Tribe is the club for you. It is suggested people join now; because, everyone is still at Session 0, so if someone would want to join. They should let it be now.
