A group of students at Morristown West High School have dedicated their time after school to helping out in the community. It all started when students Emma Lloyd and Liz Medina Torres wanted to help their fellow Trojans grow as leaders. They decided to start their very own student-lead program, the Rotary Club.

The club meets in Mr. Branson Harp’s classroom twice a month for half an hour. Together, the students discuss upcoming events in town and how they could lend a helping hand with any and all service opportunities at the event. The goal of the program is to help get students interested and invested in their community, in hopes that they can make a difference in the world around them.
Any students who help out with local services, events, or gatherings can count all their service hours toward their Beta Club hours and potential Scholarships. One can find the club at west.rotaryclub on Instagram to keep up with any updates, local opportunities to serve, and more information to get involved with the program!
