Cerino is from Morristown, but his mother is from Mexico. Cerino is involved in FCA and also plays football for West. He has been a part of the football team all four years at West, and has been in FCA for two years. Cerino enjoys spending time with family and working out. He is signing to play football at Union College

When asked how it felt to become Mr. Homecoming for West, Cerino stated, “It’s honestly a blessing. Obviously, I couldn’t have done it without the student body but the most important thing is that it makes me feel like I’ve made an impact on the school enough for people to vote for me. It’s a big thing especially because out of all the boys, 10 got picked and out of those ten, I received the honor to be Morristown West’s Homecoming King.”
