Books, Beans Buzz: What Everyone's Sippin’ and Snackin’ On!

After interviewing multiple students, here is what they had to say about their favorite foods in Books and Beans. 

Starting off with Jonathen Capibianco. Capibianco’s favorite Books and Bean items are the sweet tea and the hot croissants that they serve. Next, Shane Marchena loves to get Doritos along with a lemonade. Books and Beans offers free breakfast from 8 am to 9 am, and many students begin to create long lines for the hot chicken and sausage biscuits, as well as the yogurt parfaits. Cynthia Gracia goes every morning to get her yogurt parfait and a sweet tea, and her friends Jessica Estavon and Marvin Velazquez get the raspberry lemonade and Cheetos. Books and beans also has a variety of flavored lemonades such as raspberry, peach, and strawberry. Armani Russel goes to East High School, but also loves to enjoy the sweet tea and a bag of Flamas.

Staff’s Opinions 

Mary Ann Jones, who is the face of Books and Beans expressed that her favorite is the “hot chicken biscuits.” Other staff have provided satisfactory lemonades, particularly strawberries. Mr. Devin Hatfield quoted that his favorite was sweet tea. Ms. Brittany Long noted that her favorite is “ strawberry or regular lemonade.”
