West Meets East: Ultimate High School Soccer Showdown

The Morristown West Lady Trojan Soccer team played a good game against East High. On Thursday night during the first half of the game the score was 2-0 with Trojans in the lead.. Later, after half-time the score was 3-0 with the Lady Trojans in the lead. By the end of the game the score was 3-0. West High girls soccer played a wonderful  game and showed sportsmanship and communicated with each other for the win.

Head coach, Emily Bryant commented on the game. Bryant explained, "Carolee Walters got  her first high school goal for West off a corner kick about 12 minutes into the match! She does so much for us defensively, and she is such a strong part of our back line, so I'm very excited she got a chance to be on the other end of the attack last week!" She is very proud of how they defended as a unit and is looking forward to seeing them work together over the next few games as they work towards the District Tournament.
