Morristown-Hamblen High School West is now offering seniors the opportunity to participate in an event called “Senior Walk.” During this event, senior students will take trips to their previous elementary and middle schools where they will visit their former teachers and administrators while inspiring younger students. Students will travel to all West High feeder schools May 17, 2022 by bus. This trip was inspired by East High and encouraged by the Student Council. As described by the Student Council, it will be a “walk down memory lane.”
Students received their permission slips during TNN April 13, and are due April 29. After the Senior walk, seniors will be invited to the track to participate in Senior Signing Day. There will be food, games, snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy, a photo booth, and representatives from colleges that many of our seniors will be attending. There will also be a college signing banner for seniors to sign about their post-secondary plans!
