As the year progresses and graduation ticks closer and closer for many students, seniors should consider trying to apply for as many scholarships as possible to help them out in the future for college.
Many of these scholarships can be found on the schools official website which is linked below. The scholarships are found in the counseling tab.
A few examples of these scholarships are:
Elk Nation Foundation MVS Scholarship- Each year the Elks National Foundation awards 500 “Most Valuable Student Scholarships'' ranging from $4,000 a year to $50,000 a year. Any high school senior who is a U.S. citizen may apply for an MVS scholarship. Applications will be judged on scholarship, leadership and financial need. Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship- is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend the nation’s best four-year colleges and universities. College Scholars receive up to $40,000 per year, college planning support, ongoing advising, and the opportunity to network with the larger JKCF Scholar community. Learn more and apply online here.

John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Essay Contest- students in grades 9-12 are eligible to participate. All students must register online here. This website has a complete list of guidelines.
