The (Distributive Education) D.E. Store is getting a much needed makeover, and the transformation is a true effort. If students have walked by recently, they might have caught Caleb Green hard at work. He is currently painting the store as a project for his construction class.
The decision to break out the rollers was not just about maintenance. Mrs. Jackie Cutshaw, marketing teacher, explained that the space simply needed a "refreshed and new look" to keep up with the rest of the campus. Cutshaw noted that the polished, finished look of the gym and the recent paint job in the library set a new standard, and it was time for the D.E. Store to match that energy.
Thanks to Greene’s hard work and Cutshaw’s vision, students can look forward to a brighter, modernized experience in the D.E. Store very soon.
