Golf tryouts for returning West High students were held May 18 and 20 at The Country Club. Tryouts for incoming freshmen and transfer students will be held during early June. The season starts in early August as the teams host the Morristown Invitational Tournament.
Seven boys and three girls earned spots on next year's teams. The girls’ team members are Savannah Wampler, Laryn Reed and Jamie Shepard. The boys’ team will consist of Clayton Brockwell, Kevin Campbell, Noah Morrison, Owen Robinson, Brock Shultz, Todd Greene and Brance Matthews.
