Get prepared! The HOSA State Leadership Conference is happening April 4-6! The conference will be held at the Knoxville Convention Center. The three sponsors that make all of this possible are Mrs. Sherry Skeen, Mrs. Darlene Adkins, and Mr. Jeremy Emmons.
The students participating in the events are:
Michaela Sigler (senior/president/HOSA Ambassador/voting delegate) and Morgan Mason (junior) have teamed up to do a Health Career Display, focusing on Neonatologists.
Ignacio Vargas Huipe (senior), Alma Hernandez Lopez (senior/vice-president) and Chasity Torres (senior) have teamed up to do Mental Health Promotion focusing on Anxiety.
Katie Cranford (senior/HOSA Ambassador/voting delegate) -competitive event is Medical Assisting .
Madyson Derry (junior) -competitive event is Medical Spelling
Dayan Hernandez Guarneros (sophomore) -competitive event is Prepared Speaking.
Andrew Howerton (sophomore) -competitive event is Biotechnology
Kamora Hunt (sophomore) -competitive event is Behavioral Health
Aashvi Patel (junior/secretary) -competitive event is AAFP Family Medicine Career .
Autumn Rankins (sophomore) and Maggie June Stepp (sophomore) teamed up in the competitive event of Forensic Science.
Bryson Shepard (sophomore) -competitive event is Nutrition
