Bailiff-Noe wins 2025 Teacher of the Year

West High’s Teacher of the Year for 2025 has been awarded to Mrs. Jessica Bailiff-Noe! Bailiff-Noe has been teaching for 12 years. She teaches Honors Physics and Sheltered Math for West High’s new ESL students. According to her, her favorite part of teaching is getting to build relationships with her students and watching them grow academically and personally.

Bailiff-Noe is originally from Texas. Nowadays, she is married to her husband, Jordan with whom she has a three year old, Liam. She and her family attend The Avenue church, and she loves to read, run, and spend time with her family.
