While some students were taking the English EOC or enjoying a virtual day at home, two West High art teachers were busy at work painting holiday scenes in the school’s cafeteria. Deena Reed and Stephanie Swift put their creative skills to action with chalk paint. Cafeteria manager, Dena Roach, viewed the idea on a Tik Tok video. Reed shared, “it took us nine hours to paint the scenes.” The art classes are making paper snowflakes to hang in the cafeteria.
