PinkPantheress: My top five songs

PinkPantheress
PinkPantheress

PinkPantheress is a rising singer and songwriter from London, UK. She first gained attention in 2020 with her debut single “Break It Off.” She's gained a following on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Here are my top 5 PinkPantheress songs.

1. All my friends know

I would rate this song number 1 out of all the others because I really just love the rhythm of this song. The upbeat melody and vibes of the song make me more drawn to this song. The instrumental is really nice. Overall I love everything about it.

2. Attracted to you

This song is so bubbly, I could have this song on repeat for an hour and I could never get bored of it. The lyrics are relatable in some way so I'm drawn to this song. I love how the song slowly fades in and out, I love when she starts singing cause she stutters on purpose and it blends in with the instrumental.

3. Boy's a liar Pt. 2

This song is a collaboration with the rising Bronx rapper Ice Spice, they both discuss a boy who leads them on, only to not really care about them too much. Before its release it went viral when fans spotted both artists in New York filming the music video. Upon its release, it went even more viral on platforms like Tiktok as it was used in over one million videos. Quickly climbing to the upper echelon of the charts including reaching #3 on the Billboard Hot 100. I really love the rhythm of this song. Their music styles and voices are different but they complement each other very well.

4. Pain

This song starts up with an upbeat melody that continues throughout the song until towards the end. In this song she addresses her past experiences with an ex-lover. I love everything about this song. It has a good rhythm to it. The song is really short but it's still very enjoyable to listen to.

5. I must apologise

This song is a fast-paced, upbeat track about someone telling lies all the time. This song is last on my top five because I feel like I listened to it a lot, but I still like listening to it. It has a good vibe to it and her voice sounds really nice.
